A juried show and sale, the 3rd Annual Pinnacle Hills Arts Festival presents fine
artists from across Arkansas and the USA in a street-festival atmosphere of booths among the upscales shops of the Pinnacle
Hills Promenade in the Northwest Arkansas community of Rogers.
Fine art and fine craft include unique, handmade pieces
in 15 categories that range from woodwork to photography, ceramics to wearable art, painting to jewelry, and other
traditional and non-traditional forms of visual arts.
The 3rd Annual Pinnacle Hills Arts Festival
will be held in Northwest Arkansas the weekend following Labor Day holiday, September 11 - 13, 2009.

Applying to Show & Sell at the 2009 Pinnacle
Hills Arts Festival
We are now accepting applications to the 2009 Pinnacle Hills Arts Festival.
Artists interested in participating in the 2009 Pinnacle Hills Arts Festival must be juried
into the event.
Applications will be Juried on a weekly basis beginning June 1, 2009.
Jury Fee is $25 and is non-refundable.
Please carefully review all event rules and regulations before submitting your application.

Artists will receive notification of jury decisions within a week of weekly jury
reviews beginning June 7th.

Acceptance/Application. To accept our invitation into the Art Show & Sale, you will need to complete your Exhibitor Application and submit
payment for your exhibit space, rental equipment. Since space assignments are based on receipt of payment, you'll want
to submit your Exhibitor Acceptance and payment as soon as possible.
ZAPPLICATION: Artists may also apply electronically through ZAPP (www.zapplication.org) -- ZAPP makes it easy to Jury, select space requirements and
rental equipment, and pay fees.
